6. Who We Share Data With

We never sell your Data. We share it only with the suppliers that let us run the business, and only as far as each one needs:

• Our email provider, through which enquiries reach us and are held.
• Meta, but only if you accepted the pixel described in our Cookie Policy. You can turn that off there at any time.
• Professional advisers and authorities, such as our accountant, or anyone the law requires us to tell.

Some of those suppliers, including Meta, process data in the United States. Where that happens we rely on a transfer mechanism recognised under UK law, such as the UK Addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses, which those suppliers operate as part of their own terms.

• Client records: for the length of the engagement, then six years, to match our legal and accounting obligations.
• Marketing consent: until you withdraw it, and we keep a note of the withdrawal so we do not contact you again by mistake.
